Manufacturing services

3D printing (FDM, SLA)

We use modern 3D printing techniques for rapid prototyping and for producing functional parts, enclosures, and custom tooling. We shorten product development cycles and deliver complex geometries.

Large-format 3D concrete printing

Innovative 3D printing services using specialized concrete mixes. We build large-format structures and architectural elements: street furniture, prefabricated components, custom construction forms.

Foam printing + 5-axis milling

We produce large models, prototypes, and molds from expanded foam materials. After printing, we finish them with precise five-axis milling, ensuring the highest dimensional accuracy.

Battery pack spot welding

Precise and safe spot welding of battery packs (Li-ion, NiMH) for portable devices, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems. Automated CNC spot welder, 6 welds per cell, up to 520 cells/h.

Electronic device assembly

Comprehensive final assembly of electronic devices: PCB integration, wiring, enclosure assembly, final functional testing. Careful workmanship and quality control at every stage.

Electronics soldering (THT and SMT)

Soldering stations equipped for both through-hole (THT) and surface-mount (SMT) assembly. High-precision hand soldering, support for small production runs.

PU and EP resin casting

Cast custom enclosures, housings, replicas, and functional parts in PU and EP resins. Ideal for small- to medium-series production and components with specific requirements.

Electronics potting and protection

Potting PCBs with specialized resins. Protects electronics against moisture, dust, vibration, thermal shock, and reverse engineering.

Engineering services (Design & Consulting)

Our engineering services enable full project delivery from idea to finished product.

CAD design

Precise 3D models of device mechanics (enclosures, mounts, assemblies). Optimization for the chosen manufacturing technology (injection molding, 3D printing, casting) along with structural analysis.

PCB design

Printed circuit boards from the ground up — from schematic, through component selection, to final layout and production-ready files. Optimization of size, cost, and electrical performance.

Manufacturing process optimization

We advise on choosing the most effective and cost-efficient manufacturing technologies. We analyze client designs for scalability and production cost, proposing changes that boost profitability and quality.

Tooling design and fabrication

Specialized production tooling: casting molds, assembly fixtures, custom inspection tools. Thanks to our 3D printing farm and machining capabilities, this process is fast and flexible.
