Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries sent through the contact form and by email
The contact form collects your name, email address and the content of your message. We process the same data, together with any data given in the body and signature of the message, when you write to us directly by email.
- Purpose: replying, preparing a quotation or offer, and further correspondence.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry comes from a person who would themselves be party to the contract (e.g. a sole trader); Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where the person acts on behalf of a company or institution, or the enquiry does not concern a contract (legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business contacts).
- Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to an enquiry.
A form submission is forwarded to our email inbox; its content is not stored in the website database. The website event log records the fact that a submission was sent, together with the sender's email address and IP address.
Establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims
We may keep correspondence related to an offer or a contract in case of a dispute. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in being able to establish, exercise and defend legal claims).
Visit statistics
- Burst Statistics: a tool running on our own server, without cookies. It counts visits using an anonymous identifier that changes every day. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used).
- Google Analytics 4: activated only after consent is given in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Security and operation of the website
The server records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page opened and browser information in its logs. Security plugins additionally record the IP address and time of attempts to log in to the administration panel. This data is used to keep the website running and to protect it against abuse. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of the service).
Recipients of data
We share data only with entities that provide services necessary to run the website and email:
- SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań, Poland: website and email hosting,
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland: Google Analytics (after consent) and the Google map on the Contact page (once the visitor enables it).
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The use of Google services may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer is based on Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 on the adequate level of protection.
Retention period
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the correspondence ends.
- Correspondence related to an offer or contract: until the limitation period for claims expires, as a rule 3 years and in cases specified by law 6 years, counted to the end of the calendar year.
- Website event log and security logs: up to 6 months.
- Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.
- Burst statistics: in aggregate form that does not identify a person.
- Google Analytics: event data for no longer than 14 months, cookies for up to 2 years. Withdrawing consent stops further collection.
Rights of data subjects
Every person has the right to:
- access their data and obtain a copy,
- have the data rectified,
- have the data erased or its processing restricted,
- data portability (where processing is based on consent or contract),
- withdraw consent at any time.
Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interest (handling correspondence, defence of claims, statistics, website security), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Please send requests to hello@anvproduction.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
Automated decision-making
The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and third-party services
Cookies are small files stored by the browser on the visitor's device. On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept or reject analytics cookies. Until you decide, Google Analytics is not activated.
- Remembering your banner decision: an entry in the browser's storage (localStorage, key
anv_consent). It is necessary so that the banner does not reappear on every visit, and does not require consent. - Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*): stored only after consent, kept for up to 2 years. - Google map on the Contact page: it loads only after you click “Show map”. By clicking you consent to a connection with Google servers, which then receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can change your banner decision at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Cookies can also be managed in the browser settings: you can block them or delete those already stored. The basis for storing cookies other than strictly necessary ones is consent, in accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
Changes to this policy
