ANV Production is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in end-to-end delivery of design, prototyping, and component production projects.
We combine advanced manufacturing technologies with extensive engineering experience, offering clients optimal solutions — from concept, through design, to final assembly and testing.
We are ready to take on both series production and highly customized, demanding projects. Our resources and specialized staff are a guarantee of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Our team
Our team is made up of mechanical engineers, designers, electronics specialists, and experienced technicians and production assemblers. We combine design competencies with hands-on workshop practice — from concept and prototype, through small-series production, to assembly, soldering, resin casting, and quality control. This allows us to deliver projects quickly, flexibly, and in line with the highest technical standards.
Technical resources and infrastructure
- 3D printing farm — an extensive machine park for rapid prototyping and small-series production using a variety of materials
- Assembly and soldering stations — professional equipment (soldering stations, microscopes, ESD tools) ensuring precise and safe assembly
- Resin casting facility — an isolated, ventilated area for working with PU and EP resins with a controlled casting process
- Automated battery pack spot welder — a dedicated machine delivering uniform welding force and timing
- Battery charging stations — dedicated stations for testing and quality control
- Small low-volume injection molder — compact injection molding machine, 3D-printed or metal molds
