The complete pack, not just spot welding

Inputs: voltage, capacity, dimensions, operating environment. The remaining scope handled in full by the manufacturer.

Scope: CAD design, 3D-printed cell holders, CNC spot welding, BMS and electronics assembly, potting, QC testing. All key steps from a single manufacturer, no outsourcing.

How we work

Six steps: specification to finished pack

A repeatable process from specification to finished pack.

Specification

Voltage, capacity, dimensions, connectors, environment. We define requirements and select the cell type (18650, 21700, 26650, 32650).

CAD design

3D model of the cell holder, electrical layout, BMS selection and placement. Dimensional verification before production.

Prototype

3D-printed holder from our FDM/SLA farm, sample welding, dimensional and weld-quality checks. Fast iteration.

04

CNC spot welding

Automated CNC welder — 6 welds per cell, dual-head (two identical packs at once), ~520 cells/h.

05

Assembly

BMS integration, THT/SMT wiring, balancing, enclosure assembly (resin casting or 3D print) — a complete pack ready for integration.

06

Potting + testing

PCB potting with PU/EP resin against moisture, vibration and thermal shock. Full charge cycle + QC.

Technical capabilities

Automatic CNC welding machine

Two parallel Heltec HT-SW02H pneumatic heads running in CNC mode. A dedicated build lets us weld two packs in parallel, at a throughput of ~520 cells per hour.

Standard: 6 welds per cell (3 per terminal) — twice as many as typical manual builds. Result: lower contact resistance, less heating, longer pack lifetime.

Enclosures and housings in polyurethane and epoxy resin. Small and medium runs.

Potting

Low-volume injection molding
