A complete service package — not just spot welding

The client provides the parameters: voltage, capacity, dimensions, operating environment. We handle everything — from CAD design, through 3D-printed cell holders, CNC spot welding, BMS and electronics assembly, to potting and QC testing. A full package from A to Z.

In Poland no one else offers the full custom battery pack manufacturing process under one roof — without outsourcing key steps, without the risk of coordination between multiple suppliers.

How we work — 6 steps

A transparent, repeatable process — from brief to finished pack.

1. Specification

Voltage, capacity, dimensions, connectors, operating environment. We define requirements and select the cell type (18650, 21700, 26650, 32650).

2. CAD design

3D model of the cell holder, electrical layout, BMS selection and placement. Dimensional verification before production.

3. Prototype

3D-printed holder from our FDM/SLA farm, sample welding, dimensional and weld quality checks. Fast iteration.

4. CNC spot welding

Automated CNC spot welder — 6 welds per cell, dual-head (2 identical packs at once), ~520 cells/h.

5. Assembly

BMS integration, THT/SMT wiring, balancing, enclosure assembly (resin casting or 3D print). A complete pack ready for integration.

6. Potting + testing

PCB potting with PU/EP resin — protection against moisture, vibration, and thermal shock. Full charge cycle + QC.

Automatic CNC welding machine

Two parallel Heltec HT-SW02H pneumatic heads running in CNC mode. A dedicated build lets us weld two packs in parallel, at a throughput of ~520 cells per hour.

Our standard is 6 welds per cell (3 per terminal) — twice as many as in typical manual builds. That means lower contact resistance, less heating, and longer pack lifetime.

Potting

Low-volume injection molding

3D-printed or metal molds. Enclosures and mounting parts in small series.
